It’s Friday, get your Brownstone on!
There are lots of brownstones in Hudson, Albany, etc. and also some quasi-brownstones. This one here is in Catskill and it’s $95,000. The listing says the owner is anxious to sell (read: you can probably get it for a song). It has almost no land with it, but if you’re a weekender…you might not be that freaked out by a little yard. No clue what the inside looks like, but it’s kinda groovy from the outside. Assume it’s the RED one for sale (but could be wrong). The blue one is pretty too.
As always, I have no vested interest…I don’t even know this realtor – Win Morris. I just wanted to spotlight some groovy homes in the area that are looking for new love.
