Who knew...! If you find time to build it and want to go for realism in the finished house, get yourself a tube of wood filler before you start. Because it's officially a puzzle, a Woodcraft kit will tend to have big gaps where the pieces join. The wood also needs to be sealed before painting, as it's super-porous. I would find all sorts of stuff stuck in the furniture from market. The weirdest was used Q-tips. Why would anyone go to furniture market with Q-tips in their bag....Use them in public then....toss them in a credenza........... YUCK.... People are NASTY! Some of them anyway.... I have to say I have never heard of nor seen no shiz like that in a museum. What's up with the security at the Moma? I live in Chicago and went to the Jeff Koons exhibit at the MCA recently and there were so many guards standing around I felt that if I looked at La Cicciolina pics too long I would be escorted out! I know the MCA is small potatoes compared to the Moma and its influx of tourists in the summer but damn... it isn't a train station in there! Wow.
