Nice olive chair and maize draperies. When did you stitch those up???
circa 1973…lol
Ege had a black Chatty Kathy
I had a Drowsy doll too. Although mine didn’t stand upright like yours
Mine had years of ballet lessons. Quite a talent she is!
OMG – I had that doll!!! I used to drag it around, pulling it by its hair so it had a mohawk! I couldn’t say “DRowsy” so I called her “LOUSY DOLL.”
awwwww ~
What a cutie~!
Love your blog!
Ege had a black drowsy
Sissy and I had Chatty Baby dolls… I threw hers over the upstairs railing. She landed on her voice box and always stuttered after that. Now, when I see one on E-bay I notice that they are quite spooky looking. Not cute at all. Sissy has never forgiven me.
My sister had a Drowsy doll. The only thing I remember it saying when you pulled the string was, “waaaa! I wanna stay up!”
